Outdoor Turf Reopens 7/15 with limited capacity and reservations.


Reservations are required and available for 75-minute club visits.

  1. Log into MINDBODY through The Club at Los Gatos app or online here. Do not use the MINDBODY app. 
  2. Once you log in you will be prompted to sign our COVID-19 waiver.
  3. Choose your preferred time slot and click Sign Up Now.
  4. Please show up on time to check-in and make sure you are finished with your workout by your end time.

Reopening FAQ’s

What are TCLG’s hours?

The Club will be open Monday-Friday from 6am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7am-5:30pm with a reservation. We modified our operating hours to ensure time for regular and thorough sanitization.

Is there a health screening for members?

Yes. You will be asked the following questions each time you enter the facility:
• Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
• Have you come into close contact with a person who tested positive for
• COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
• Do you feel or have you recently felt feverish?
• Do you have or have you recently had any other COVID-19 symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tiredness, chills, headaches, muscle/body aches, confusion, or loss of taste/smell?
• If you answer yes to any of the above questions you will not be permitted to enter the facilities. 

Are masks required?

Masks must be worn while waiting in line for check in, when entering the facility and when exiting the facility. You may remove your mask while working out on the turf only.

Are reservations required?

Yes. You must have a reservation in order to use the facilities, this includes personal training. Reservations are for 75 minutes. You may only visit one time per day, reservations can be booked up to a week in advance and no less than 30 minutes before start time. Click here for instructions on how to reserve your spot.

What areas can I reserve?

Currently the outdoor turf area is available for reservations. All indoor services and programming remain closed.

What equipment will be available for use on the turf?

Spin Bikes, Assault Bikes, Ski Erg, Woodway Treadmills, Rowers, GHD, Benches, Boxes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, Medicine Balls, Foam Rollers, Bands, Physioballs, and Pull Up Bar

Will GroupX classes be available?

We are currently not offering any indoor GroupX classes at the Annex. We will continue to offer our online virtual classes. 

What if I am not ready to reactivate my account and do not want to take any virtual classes or visit the Annex?

All memberships and dues will be reactivated on 8/1/20. Email support@theclublg.com by 7/31/20 if you do want to visit the Annex or participate in any online virtual classes and we can extend a hold on your membership until 10/1/20. 

What should I bring with me to the Annex?

Please bring the following:

  • Your own face mask. Masks are required at all times except when exercising outdoors.
  • Your own sweat towel. Sweat towels will not be provided.
  • Water bottle. Water dispensers are not available, but water will be available for purchase.

What remains closed and won’t be available at this time?

  1. Restrooms. Under county guidelines no indoor amenities will be available.
  2. Water or coffee. Water bottles will be available for purchase, however, our water dispenser will not be available for use.
  3. Changing rooms. Under county guidelines no indoor amenities will be available. 
  4. Sweat Towels. Please bring your own sweat towel.

Will personal training be available?

Yes, you can sign up for in person or virtual training. If you are interested in training or would like to schedule a complimentary Fit Start please contact Steffani: steffani.sanchez@theclublg.com You will still need to reserve a spot to come in for your training session.

What will the check in process be like?

Our check in podium is located by the bottom gate on Main St. You must be wearing a mask in order to enter the facilities. The service desk staff will greet you, complete a health questionnaire, check you in, check your reservation, and direct you where to go. You will be provided with a cleaning towel and a spray bottle with surface cleaner. 

What steps has The Club taken to ensure safety and sanitation?

  1. We have time slots after each reservation for the staff to clean and sanitize equipment.
  2. There are sanitation stations for members located throughout the turf area.
  3. Clearly marked zones for exercise areas ensuring you are maintaining 6ft of distance.
  4. Each night our staff will use an electrostatic sprayer on all equipment.
  5. We will regularly disinfect high touch areas and surfaces.
  6. We modified our operating hours to ensure time for regular and thorough sanitization.
  7. Our disinfectants are effective against COVID-19 10.
  8. Staff and Members will go through a health screen each time they enter the facility

How We’ve Prepared For Your Return

Cleaning Protocols

We are taking a comprehensive approach to ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation protocols are in place in accordance with governmental, CDC, and WHO guidelines. We are also adding additional procedures to our continued stringent level of cleanliness.

Exercising Social Distancing

We are carefully implementing a safer way for us to be together. There are markers and directional signage on the floors and walls to remind us to exercise safe social distancing practices.

Sanitation Stations

Along with implementing comprehensive cleaning protocols, we have increased the number of sanitation stations throughout the club. These are conveniently located, easy to use and readily available equipment disinfectant sprays, wipes, and hand sanitizers.

Equipment Spacing

For your safety, we have limited the amount of equipment on our cardio and weight floors to exercise safe social distancing practices while you workout. 

Increased Cleaning

We will increase our daily scheduled cleaning times along with continuous disinfection of high-touch surfaces throughout the club. There will also be adjusted club hours of operation to allow for additional deep cleaning.
