A gentle morning movement class with moving meditation practices. Release pent up tension in mind and body and improve overall flexibility and mobility. This class is always different, targeting alternating areas of the body and is filled with love, inspiration, and creativity. Soothing music, flowing movement, thoughtful readings, and adjustments will be offered in class. Yoga tune-up balls will be used for the last (15) minutes in yin/restorative postures to finish with head, neck, shoulder, and low back release and overall deep relaxation. All levels of practice are welcome.
