She has received her 200 hour RYT certification through Joy of Yoga School, led by Jennifer Prugh and Noell Clark, and she is continuing her yoga education journey in the JOY’s RYT 500 hour program, which she is completing this year. She is elated to be able to share the tools, the wisdom, and the practice with all those struggling to find balance in life.
Her classes combine safe movement, rooted in anatomy and alignment, with playfulness, therapeutic breathwork and meditation. Whenever possible, Polina strives to weave together the tradition of yoga with modern neuroscience of psychological and physical well-being.
In her Yoga practice, she blends her dance and art world with an array of Yoga lineages such as, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Bikram and Yin Yoga – as the journey to uniquely align with each student. Her tailored experience focuses on the breath as the leading partner to each student’s Yogic flow. Her expression of Yoga offerings serve as an individual, multi-dimensional exploration of discipline, strength and inner space, while embracing the freedom and curiosity innate to the child within us all.
