Strengthen your body, relax your mind. (for all levels)

With a focus on deep stretches, hip openers, lower back lengtheners, and heart openers, your body will thank you after this session.

Warm Flow

Warm Flow is a foundational class that connects breath to movement (vinyasa) and focuses on proper alignment. The temperature is set at a lower level to help acclimate students to the heated room. Warm flow is a full-body strengthening class for both new and experienced students.
