Just a few short metcons today folks. Push your intensity on the first one as the rest is EQUAL to the work time! (Don’t coast just to save yourself for the second one.)

10 Box Jump @ 20/24”

5 Burpee Pull ups

Clean Complex:

1 clean pull + 1 Hang Squat clean + Squat Clean

Build over 5-6 sets to find a heavy set for the day
