My name is Miquela Cox, and I have been a fitness instructor since 2014. My journey began in college when I started to find a deeper appreciation for movement. It started with Pilates mat classes, and within one semester I noticed a significant difference in the back pain that I had been experiencing years before. After two semesters of Pilates, my back pain was gone. My curiosity for movement grew and I wanted to share my discovery with the world. I truly enjoy teaching and getting into the mechanics of movement. I always try to make sure that my students learn something about themselves with each class. My classes are very upbeat and always with the best music. My goal is to spread confidence, self-love, and the healing powers of movement to as many people as I can.
