Joanne became a certified personal trainer in March 2019 after graduating from George Washington University with a master’s in Public Health. She has also completed nutrition, physiology, and anatomy courses for her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry.
Joanne started strength training in 2009 and fell in love with how effective it is for weight loss and improving mental health. Ever since she saw the positive changes in her life from exercising and eating healthy, she wanted to help others implement sustainable, healthy lifestyles. During her training sessions, she utilizes that mindset with her clients every day by challenging them to be the best versions of themselves but reminding them to have fun during the process!
