GRAND OPENING FAQ
When will the remodel be completed?
We are on track to open at the end of August 2021.
What will my rates be?
Current members have received their pricing for when we reopen via email. For new members, please email email@example.com to inquire about pricing. If you are a member and did not receive an email regarding future membership rates and amenities, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 408-354-5808 for more information and to make sure we have accurate contact information.
Will there be family memberships?
Yes. Don’t miss out on our last-chance family add-on membership promotion. Email email@example.com for more information.
Is my membership all inclusive?
Our membership is all-inclusive, with the exception of CrossFit in some cases. Other services like muscle therapy, small group training, one-on-one training, and other personal health and fitness services will be subject to additional costs. What amenities will be available?

What studios will be available?
Our new facility will feature a variety of element-inspired studios:
Earth Studio, Fire Studio, Ion Indoor Cycling, Training Grounds, HIIT, fitness pool with hot and cold tubs, Pilates reformer studio, outdoor fitness turf.
What will be available at the Cafe?
We’re excited to launch our menu this Summer. The cafe will have grab-and-go foods, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, wraps, coffee, beer, and wine.

Will there be a Kid’s Club?
We know managing your fitness routine around raising your children can be a delicate balance. That’s why we will offer unlimited monthly and drop-in options. Rates will be released this Summer.
What are Annex's hours?
The Club will be open Monday-Friday from 6am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7am-6pm.
Is there a health screening for members?
Yes, per Santa Clara County guidelines and The Club’s Member Code of Conduct, you will have your temperature checked and answer a brief health questionnaire. If you answer yes to any of the questions, you will not be permitted to enter the facilities.
Are masks required?
Yes, masks are required anytime you are indoors or interacting with a staff member. You may remove your mask while working out on the turf.
Are reservations required?
Yes, you must have a reservation in order to use the facilities, this includes personal training. Reservations are for 75 minutes. You may only visit one time per day, reservations can be booked up to a week in advance and no less than 30 minutes before start time. You can book your spot via The Club at Los Gatos app or MINDBODY online.
What if I’m on a class/reservation waitlist?
If a spot opens up, we will let you into the class/reservation. If a member doesn’t show up within the first 10 minutes of their reservation, we will release their spot to the first person on the waitlist. If you are running late, please call The Club at 408-354-5808 and we will hold your spot for you.
Will GroupX classes be available?
We currently have a limited offering of GroupX classes at the Annex. Many of our classes are virtual through Mindbody. Visit our app or website for the most up-to-date information.
What should I bring with me to the Annex?
Please bring the following:
- Your own face mask. Masks are required at all times except when exercising outdoors.
- Your own sweat towel. Sweat towels will not be provided.
- Water bottle. Water dispensers are not available.
Will coffee and water be available?
No, due to the county’s regulations no coffee or water will be available.
Is personal training available?
Yes, if you are interested in training or would like to schedule a complimentary First Step please contact Coral at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will still need to reserve a spot to come in for your training session.
What steps has The Club taken to ensure safety and sanitation?
- We have time slots after each reservation for the staff to clean and sanitize equipment.
- There are sanitation stations for members located throughout the entire facility.
- Clearly marked zones for exercise areas ensuring you are maintaining 6ft of distance.
- Bathrooms will be cleaned by staff every 30 minutes.
- Our staff routinely uses an electrostatic sprayer on all equipment, rooms, and turf area.
- We regularly disinfect high-touch areas and surfaces.
- We modified our operating hours to ensure time for regular and thorough sanitization.
- Our disinfectants are effective against COVID-19
- Staff and Members will go through a health screen each time they enter the facility
